**Structured 12-month onboarding.** We set you up for success with:

- _First two weeks_: intensive training, shadowing, and loads of support.
- _Next six months_: gradually building your caseload, with time to learn, reflect, and grow your clinical skills at your own pace.
- _Ongoing_: mentoring and supervision to help you step confidently into your role as an independent clinician.
