**COMMERCIAL OFFICE FITOUT CALLING ON**:

- Labourers / Cleaner

**Kahlon** is a local development company based in Melbourne that has built a portfolio since the early 2000s of projects ranging from retail redevelopment, apartment complexes, industrial park warehousing and most recently a 9 level commercial office building.

We are seeking a range of experienced tradespeople to work alongside the project manager on quality office fit out. You will have a strong work ethic ensuring quality workmanship.

Essentials:

- Construction induction/white card
- Good communication skills
- Ability to undertake physical work and meet deadlines
- Reliable and punctual

Immediate Start.

All appointments will be on an ABN contract arrangement.

Labours $35 per hour.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
