Jack Gray Café, a beloved gem in the heart of Grays Point and one of the top cafés in the Sutherland Shire, is entering an exciting new chapter under experienced new ownership. We are now expanding our team and seeking **passionate, skilled Bar Staff** to help elevate our beverage program—featuring premium wines and classic cocktails in a relaxed, community-focused setting.

What We’re Looking For:

- Confident bar professionals with a genuine love for **hospitality, wine, and cocktails**:

- Prior experience in cocktail preparation and wine service is **essential**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with calmness, precision, and professionalism
- Team players who embody respect and bring great energy to every shift
- Valid **NSW RSA Certificate** is **mandatory**

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Crafting cocktails to spec with consistency and flair
- Pouring, recommending, and serving wines from a curated list
- Supporting FOH team during service and creating memorable guest experiences
- Keeping the bar area clean, stocked, and well-organized
- Engaging with locals and regulars, becoming a familiar face in the Grays Point community

Pay: $25.00 - $39.95 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
