Positioned in a perfect corner spot on Flinders Lane and Queen St, Spyglass Coffee is a must-stop shop for locals and visitors alike to enjoy outstanding and diverse sandwich options to pair perfectly with their much-needed specialty coffee.

**About the position**

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sandwich Hand to join the team

The right person will have experience in fast-paced contemporary café-style cuisine or high-volume sandwich production. Our next team member will be able demonstrate a sound working knowledge of food preparation techniques, general food knowledge, mis-en-place, service, plating, stock rotation, as well as a clear understanding of safe food handling practices. Consistency, speed and care are the core words of our ethos.

**Hours**:
5 days per week: Monday - Friday (6.30am - 3.30pm) or Tuesday - Saturday

Must be available during these times every day so we cannot accommodate for students or changing rosters. We ideally would like someone to grow with us long term.

Pay: $32.31 - $38.78 per hour

Expected hours: 41 per week
