About the position

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sandwich Hand to join the team

An ideal candidate is someone who understands the importance of consistently producing the highest quality sandwiches and salads, whilst maintaining efficiency and innovation. The Spyglass Sandwich Hand is an integral part of the team.

The right person will have experience in fast-paced contemporary café-style cuisine or high-volume sandwich production. Our next team member will be able demonstrate a sound working knowledge of food preparation techniques, general food knowledge, mis-en-place, service, plating, stock rotation, as well as a clear understanding of safe food handling practices. Consistency, speed and care are the core words of our ethos.

Hours:

5 days per week: Monday – Friday (6.30am – 3.30pm) or Tuesday – Saturday

Must be available during these times every day so we cannot accommodate for students or changing rosters. We ideally would like someone to grow with us long term.

Pay: $32.31 – $38.78 per hour
