**About the role
This position is responsible fo **r **preparing venues for functions, events and programs. On a daily basis you will;
- Work with the team to plan and prepare rooms according to bookings
- Follow room layout plans to set-up equipment and furniture, pack down and reset rooms as needed throughout the shift
- Clean, maintain and store equipment
- Liaise with customers to ensure an excellent experience at the venue

**About You**
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and ability to liaise with clients
- Strong customer service focus
- Demonstrated experience in facilities/venue care and preparation
- Demonstrated ability to trouble-shoot, problem-solve and respond quickly

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of High School Certificate or equivalent
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Working with Children Check
