Join us on Parramatta’s positive transformation journey by supporting the operations of Council’s community aquatic and wellness facility - The Parramatta Aquatic Centre (The PAC).

This position responsible for supporting the operations of Council’s community, aquatic and wellness facilities and ensuring that facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

On a daily basis, your main tasks will include:

- Providing high quality customer service, conveying information, answering queries and assisting customers regarding the use of Council's community facilities.
- Ensuring facilities are safe for staff and community by completing daily checks, reporting areas of concern, and liaising with Council’s Building Maintenance team and contractors to ensure repairs are carried out in a timely manner.
- Setup and pack down of events, classes, and programs correctly and on time. Assisting with events as required including but not limited to rooM/Furniture set-up and assisting with pool set-up
- Undertake emergency cleaning of Council facilities or furniture when necessary, including identifying and actioning building maintenance issues

**About you**

Required Qualifications include:

- School and/or Higher School Certificate or equivalent
- NSW Working with Children Check

Desired experience, skills and qualifications may include:

- Current Australian First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate
- Strong customer service focus and attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in facilities care and preparation
- Demonstrated ability to carry out minor maintenance work
- Demonstrated ability to maintain equipment, consumables, and a hard floor surface

**What’s on offer**

We are offering an attractive annual remuneration from $59,078 to $65,055, plus 10.5% superannuation.
