We’re hiring a Flex Sales Associate to coordinate and manage the B2B sales process to secure appointments for space and desks within the growing network of JLL operated flexible solutions centres in Australia and New Zealand.
The target market sector and focus of each centre may differ, and so the role will concentrate on various market cohorts that may include multinational corporations, small to medium enterprises, start-ups, collectives and entrepreneurs.

Develop strategic sales and marketing plans for each JLL Flex centre to ensure that the specific target market segment of each centre is clearly defined and articulated
Build relationships with JLL and external brokers, existing customers, aggregator agencies and online platforms, and ensure that all groups are kept fully informed of the specific offerings of all JLL Flex centres, their products and service inclusions, special offers and incentive programs and the like
Search for opportunities for JLL Flex involvement to host events and potentially sponsor events for strategic opportunities
Co-ordinating and managing the involvement and engagement of all sales channels through which JLL Flex centres are listed. Evaluate and recommend additional sales channels for the business and specific centres as appropriate
Develop and maintain CRM and sales pipeline databases including lead capture and management, activity tracking, centre engagement, sales processing and monthly business and client reporting
An ongoing appetite and willingness to work and learn more about coworking, flexible spaces and commercial real estate will see you thrive in the role for the long term
You’ll have strong sales skills and proven experience crafting creative and innovative marketing strategies with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships at all levels.
Superior communication both written and verbal will be essential, and you can effectively present information to a broad spectrum of audiences.
Furthermore, you’ll have a good attention to detail, strong project and time management skills with a keen interest in technology and proficiency in the MS Office suite.
