**Salary range**: $85,906 to $91,245 per annum + 13% superannuation.

**About the role**:
In this role, you’ll be coordinating our field staff, ensuring the smooth and safe execution of the City’s fire and biodiversity management programs.
Role accountabilities include:
- Oversee and coordinate the operational resources for Fire and Biodiversity.
- Ensure compliance with the City’s safe work procedures and the Work Health and Safety Act at all times.
- Manage data, business operations, reporting, procurement, safety, and other administrative systems related to Fire and Biodiversity Programs.
- Assist the Program Leader in collaborating with external agencies on bushfire management issues and actions for a unified approach.
- Contribute to the development of strategic policies, plans, and service levels for the Fire and Biodiversity Program.
- Act as the designated Authorised Officer within Wellington Park.
- Coordinate the field implementation of the annual fire and biodiversity program works.
