About this team
Under the supervision and direction of the Operations Manager and the Warehouse Operations Suoervisor, the Warehouse Associate will provide a supporting role to the Distribution Centre operations in respect to operating forklifts and order picker machinery, packing, counting, receiving, shipping and restocking of inventory.

**A day in the life**:

- You will report to the Distribution Centre Warehouse Operations Supervisor
- You have a valid license for machinery including forklifts and order pickers
- You pick, pack and ship orders in a timely manner as assigned by management
- You meet or exceed engineered metrics within each department i.e. units picked per hour
- You are capable of adapting to third party technologies (RF Guns and Voice Picking)
- You support and perform audits during inventory counts
- You will coordinate and work in a team environment under limited supervison
- You will exercise discretion in product output to enable cost efficiencies and satisfaction of lululemon metrics
- You have a good level of computer literacy
- You have excellent counting skills and record management
- You encourage and maintain a safe work environment
- You encourage and foster a spirit of personal development and entrepreneurship
- You keep the warehouse neat and organized at all times, and adhere to warehouse floor policies and safety measures
- You are adaptable to a busy, noisy and occasionally hot/cold environment
- You occasionally lift product or boxes up to 20kgs
- You complete other duties as assigned by Management

**Skills**:

- You have the ability to communicate clearly and objectively, aiding to the success of the team
- You have experience with Distribution Centre machinery and safety procedures
- You have strong organizational, prioritising, problem solving and counting skills
- You are detail oriented
