Seeking a passionate competent support worker to provide holistic community-based care, in an existing supportive team to support a young man with complex medical needs to live in his own home allowing him to experience a greater level of independence and improved quality of life.

Shifts can range from 4 hours to 10 hours across a 24hour period.

Casual employment with ongoing regular hours.

Position Location is in Mawson Lakes

- Qualified and experienced Support worker.
- Personal care experience
- Positive, responsible and reliable professional that the client and other team members can depend on
- Strong communicator with well-developed organisational and time management skills
- Valid working rights
- A satisfactory Police Check

**Duties include**:

All medical intervention will be carried out by the RN but you will be asked to assist in emergency.

Assist with bathing, dressing and ADL'

Domestic Duties

Gardening

Driving to shops, appointments or errands.

Community access

Support other members of the team

Work effectively in a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $45,109.00 - $91,650.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (required)
