**About the Job Role**

We are looking for a Store Manager for the Carousel flagship store to start their journey in January. You will join a fun and upbeat retail environment, with solid support and guidance from a stable retail brand. Mentor and develop your ASM and Sales team with a hands-on approach, driving them to achieve success in a warm and friendly environment. You will work a set roster of Tuesday to Saturday with a bonus long weekend on offer every month. Brilliant for those retailers looking for a work/life balance.

**What you will need**:

- Passion to lead and inspire your team to achieve kpi’s
- Management experience in a fast paced environment
- Strong visual merchandising skills
- Stock control within a large stock volume retail space
- Passion for customer service
