Housekeeper/Manager for large property in South Yarra, VIC - HMMM

Are you looking for a part-time permanent role with flexible hours?

Do you have a fine eye for detail and experience in housekeeping and management?

Available to start asap?

A large, grand terrace located in South Yarra is looking for someone to maintain the serenity, cleanliness and arrange any necessary upkeep on the property whilst the owners are based in the UK for the foreseeable future.

Despite being mostly unoccupied your daily duties will ensure the standards of keeping a large home clean, aired, liaising with garden/maintenance/trades, accepting deliveries and occasional grocery shopping, bedding/laundry, and generally keeping the residence fresh and maintained. (Running taps, aerating, dusting, etc)

Other requirements include:
Previous experience in Housekeeping to high standards

Able to arrange and manage any trades as necessary

High level of attention to detail and efficiency

Current Police Check

Working with Children Check

Drivers License

Fully COVID Vaccinated.

Start Date: As soon as the right person is found.

Hours: Flexible x 4 hours per day (Mon-Fri preferred) $45+ per hour

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $42.00 - $45.00 per hour
