Canberra, Australia Medibank Full time

**Your career in healthcare made **_personal_**

At Medibank we’ve recently unified our health services under one brand - **Amplar Health.**

With over 1000 employees, our nurses, GPs and other amazing allied health professionals our focus is on improving healthcare experiences and championing greater access, choice, and control for people in Australia when it comes to managing their health.

**Your Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a **12-month fixed-term** Provider and Contracts Coordinator to join the team. Our Provider and Contracts Coordinators are responsible for the oversight of the contracted ‘services out’ Provider Network. This network is tasked with delivering clinical and non-clinical services on behalf of Amplar Health.

With strong administration and communication skills, the responsibilities across the network will include network planning, contract coordination & execution, quality assurance/ improvement, and service delivery performance.

The Coordinators are also responsible for data-informed relationship management through the examination of performance metrics, regulatory adherence, assessment of network capabilities, financial outlay, geographical spread, and adherence to contractual commitments. You are the advisor between Amplar Health and the Provider and would be fostering the engagement between our company and contracted external parties.

**What will set you apart from the rest?**

Demonstrating recent experience in a similar role, you can showcase robust skills in communication, relationship management, continuous improvement, and negotiation.

We celebrate diversity of thought because we want to make better decisions for our customers and our people. As we work towards our goal of making health personal, we value the knowledge and contribution of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders.

Employees in face-to-face healthcare roles will be required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
