**Job description**

We are now recruiting for a passionate support worker, with mental health and AOD experience, who can assist our clients around Boronia, Bayswater and surrounding suburbs.
- 3-10 hours per week
- Highly rewarding job

**Your Duties may Include (but not limited to)**
- Assisting the client one on one in-home
- Assistance with cleaning and decluttering home
- Community access
- Meal prep
- Monitor medication intake
- Shopping assistance

About You:

- We require all our support workers to be reliable, committed, and empathetic individuals to provide quality care
- Experienced mental health support worker
- Experienced AOD support worker
- NDIS Screening check required
- First Aid First Aid: HLTAID011
- CPR: HLTAID009
- NDIS orientation module
- Infection Control
- Australian Driving licence
- Comprehensive vehicle insurance
- Right to work in Australia
- Reliable car
- Able to commence work as soon as possible
