Position: Disability Support Worker

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized care and support to individuals with disabilities.
- Assist with daily activities, personal care, and medication management.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for our clients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

**Requirements**:

- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Previous experience in disability support or related fields is preferred.
- Have a full Drivers license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications or training in disability support is a plus.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
