**ROC - Rooftop on Central** is where fine dining meets elevated nightlife. With sweeping views, a sophisticated atmosphere, and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a **dynamic and experienced Venue Manager** to lead our exceptional team and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

**THE ROLE**
As Venue Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service, team cohesion, and the highest standards of hospitality. You'll work closely with ownership to implement strategic goals, elevate service delivery, and grow ROC’s reputation as a premier luxury venue.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor and inspire FOH and BOH teams
- Oversee bookings, floor operations, and customer service
- Maintain exceptional service standards and staff performance
- Liaise with chefs and event clients
- Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS, and licensing requirements

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven experience in a similar high-end hospitality management role
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Hands-on, solution-focused, and calm under pressure
- A genuine passion for creating outstanding guest experiences
- RSA certification essential
- Cocktail, wine, and fine dining knowledge highly desirable
