**Rosebel Gold Mines** is currently seeking a **Junior Planner** to join our **Maintenance** department.

As a Junior Planner, you will assist in the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment reliability and performance. You will support the Maintenance department by working with the **Oracle eAM Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)** and contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

This position plays a key role in maintaining the availability of critical mining assets through accurate planning and coordination of maintenance tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop weekly maintenance schedules using Oracle eAM, based on preventive maintenance and hour meter readings.
- Create and manage corrective work orders and requisitions for parts and supplies.
- Monitor and manage backlog work for assigned maintenance sections.
- Support the Senior and Intermediate Planners by providing updates and assisting with item creation and bill of materials.
- Maintain accurate records, including fuel consumption, hour meter readings, and daily shift reports.
- Promote and comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures on site.
- A higher secondary technical diploma in **Mechanical Engineering** or a related discipline.
- At least **2 years of experience** in maintenance or mining operations.
- Experience working with **Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)**, preferably Oracle eAM.
- ** Valid Suriname driver's license.**
- ** Good written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English** is an asset.
- ** Willingness to work on a rotational schedule of 14 days of work followed by 7 days break.
