Kalgoorlie Gold, WA, Australia- Kambalda, WA, Australia, 6442- Full Time**About us** As an ASX25 company, Mineral Resources Limited (MinRes) is an Australian leader delivering innovative and sustainable diversified mining solutions, underpinned by a growing world-class portfolio of mining operations across multiple commodities including iron ore and lithium. **About the role** The Work Planner - NPI is responsible for planning maintenance of infrastructure and civil project work across the site and maximising operating profit through achieving a higher proportion of planned maintenance versus breakdown maintenance. This role will be based at our Mount Marion site on a 5/2 4/3 roster (open to 4/3 4/3 roster). - Preparation, planning and implementation of NPI team work schedules - Developing long term maintenance plans on an 18, 6 and 3-month plan. - Providing communication channels, interface and coordination between NPI projects team and operations - Liaise to address any proposed modifications to project scope, schedule or budget and influence to minimise changes. - Identify changes in scope of work, ensure planning measures are taken with internal and external processes/clients to reassess renegotiate and amend scope of work responsibilities - Provide Support to the NPI team to ensure procurement is streamlined and minimise delays - Set-up weekly plans in consultation with NPI Infrastructure Supervisors - Construct reports for tracking progress and status of infrastructure risk - Maintain supplier partnerships to enable quick response to breakdown situations **What you’ll bring** - Minimum 2 years’ experience with work management systems (SAP, ABB, IBM etc) - Experience in planning, scheduling and budgeting activities to establish maintenance / development plans with strong analytical skills - Tertiary Qualifications - A proactive approach and willingness to work autonomously - Sound knowledge of activities associated with civil infrastructure construction or domestic infrastructure maintenance (Highly desirable) **What we offer** We offer a range of benefits to our employees including: - Competitive salary - Quarterly bonuses - Access to "MyShare" MinRes Share Plan - Employee discounts and offers - Physical and mental health programs - Salary packaging - Mineral Resources Limited is a proud Equal Opportunity Employer, and we encourage applicants who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander to apply._
