**ABOUT THE ROLE**
You will provide high quality customer service to Momentum Collective callers and visitors and help provide administrative support for all centralised functions of Momentum Collectives' Community Housing Services team, including supporting the management team with administrative tasks.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
You will have excellent customer service skills and enjoy attending the reception and telephone enquiries to Momentum Collective. You are community minded and will understand the aims and objectives of Momentum Collective and the relevant work division/s to provide client provision of assistance within a culturally safe framework.

Criteria:

- Qualification in Business Administration ( desirable) or relevant epxerience in an office environment
- Current unencumbered Driver’s License
- Satisfactory Criminal record check.
- Current working with children check.
- Demonstrated high quality administrative support skills
- Ability to effectively deal with clients with challenging behaviours and/or from diverse backgrounds
- Sound computer literacy with Word, Excel and PowerPoint as a minimum
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and processing of transactions and record keeping
- Ability to deal with competing demands across a number of tasks
- Demonstrated understanding of the nature of sensitive personal information and the importance of complete confidentiality
- Strong self-organisational skills
