Full-time, 2024 fixed-term position available
- Located in the beautiful Bayside area
- Work in a friendly and supportive team

**This is full-time, fixed-term role with ava**ilability for an immediate start (or by negotiation) until 20th December 2024.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Function and event set up and packing down.
- Moving parcels, rubbish and bins.
- Follow up on maintenance requests logged by staff via the online ticket system.
- Repairing furniture, doors, locks, curtains, lights, vehicles and other tasks.
- Regularly clean external walls of all buildings and fences.
- Collect rubbish and litter.
- Gutter and roof cleaning, windows and painting.
- Delivery of post.
- Transport of equipment.
- Liaise with contractors for electrical, mechanical, plumbing and cleaning issues, as delegated by the Team Leader.

- Proactive, hands-on worker.
- Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders, including contractors and internal staff.
- Willingness to perform work and lead by example.
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy workplace.
- Adhere to deadlines.
- Tradeswomen are highly encouraged to apply.

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Trade qualifications (desirable but not essential).
- Maintenance experience is preferrable.
- Driver's License.
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain).
