**About the Role**

The Finance Manager will be partnering and supporting our project directors by providing financial reporting and analysis and forecasting for our long-term road infrastructure maintenance, asset management and construction contracts across multiple clients, including state government and private industry.

Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Ownership of all financial processes and transactional data
- Completion of month end process including accurate and timely cost & revenue allocation
- Prepare budgeting and forecasting requirements, inclusive of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow
- Prepare management financial reports with insight into operational drivers
- Submit customer invoices in line with contract terms with a focus on efficient billing practices
- Drive business & process improvement
- Proactively manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Relevant degree in accounting
- Demonstrate experience within the civil infrastructure construction industry
- Demonstrate experience in establishing and delivering the finance and accounting processes and functions, within fast paced construction contracts
- Ability to manage, maintain, manipulate, and analyse complex and large data sets.
- Demonstrate experience implementing job probability reporting
