The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) has responsibility for addressing a range of hazards and challenges that could affect Queensland's transport network, its operations and its critical infrastructure. The Transport Network Security and Resilience (TNSR) Branch has a state-wide focus on the coordination of TMR's emergency management and transport security framework. TNSR has three major components; Office of the Chief TNSR, Emergency Risk and Resilience (ERR) and Transport Security.The Program Governance and Systems team works to support TMR to maintain its essential functions and undertake its roles and responsibilities under the Queensland Disaster Management Arrangements (QDMA) working closely with Queensland's emergency service organisations; State and Local Government agencies, across TMR and with its transport partners.In the role of Advisor (Program Governance and Systems) you will manage assigned projects and tasks from TNSR's approved Program of Work to ensure quality outputs are delivered within predetermined timeframes, in accordance with approved scope, performance indicators and quality standards.
