**What's on offer?**:
This is a 12 month contract opportunity to be part of our Medium Density Developments team.

As a Settlements officer you will minimise financial and settlement risk associated with the Projects capital expenditure program and the Medium Density Project Pipeline. You will focus on reducing cancellation rates due to valuation variances with non-funded Homebuyers and Boutique homes.

The role involves:

- Risk reporting across all business pipelines
- Monitor financial milestones for Medium Density Customers
- Support the customer journey to settlement on high-risk files
- Collaborate with sales, operations and Resolve Brokers
- Liaise and negotiate with Developer Partners

**What can you bring?**:
You will have a strong understanding of the residential construction process, home finance, property settlements and insurance

You will have:

- Understanding of residential construction process
- Ability to interpret plans and contracts
- Understanding of finance and settlement risk
- Excellent customer service, time management and a high attention to detail
- A sense of humour that lifts your team members
