These roles will be available for a **21 August **start date and you’ll be joining a fun and fast paced environment where there is opportunity to grow within your role.
These positions are **permanent, full time and will require you to work a 7-day rotating roster,** on an **8 hour shift scheduled between 8.30am to 8.30pm**.
We provide **6 weeks of paid training during the onboarding period to help you kick-start your career with us and ensure your success as part of our team**
**You’ll need to have your own home office set up, including a suitable chair, **access to a dedicated and safe workspace, **desk and monitor, accompanied by a stable internet connection demonstrated through a speed test (or be willing to acquire one).**
**What you'll do**
As an inbound call centre for an online digital bank, you’ll be the first voice our customers hear when they call us for assistance. In this position you will lead our customers through a range of different enquiries related to our daily banking products, using your active listening and analysis skills.
Working within our remote team, you’ll be virtually led by one of our great experienced Team Leaders who will help you grow and develop your career at ING where you will receive regular coaching and mentoring sessions with your Team Leader - while making a real difference to our customers’ lives
**What you’ll bring**
- Minimum 6 months full time work experience in a high volume, fast paced environment.
- Experience working in a call centre and/or a remote environment will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to offer a positive experience to every customer.
- Flexibility to work to a rotating roster in a highly structured environment.
- The ability to be resilient through proven experience and work autonomously.
- The ability to learn new technology and navigate computer systems and multiple screens efficiently and accurately.
- Access to a reliable internet connection that has bandwidth of **50mbps** or greater that supports **Wifi 6.**:
- Access to a dedicated and safe workspace.
**Please note**: This role is only open to Queensland residents. As part of our recruitment process, you’ll need to be able to attend an in-person assessment centre in Brisbane in the week commencing **10 July.**
