**Objectives of this Role**

To serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product or service problems.

**Responsibilities**
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
- Taking support calls, troubleshoots and diagnosing issues that the pharmacists are having and resolving these issues promptly
- Accurately maintains customer records by updating account information with, questions, concerns or issues to update historical records of any issues or such things which have occurred
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Recommends potential products or services to the product manager by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer information
- Explanation of product features
- Phone support
- Other duties may arise

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a customer service representative with at least 3 years of experience in a customer-focused role.
- Excellent customer service skills along with a calm and patient demeanor.
- Top-notch administrative, research and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to detect and remove barriers to learning and convey complex information in an understandable way.
- Attention to detail and a background in service orientation

**Qualification and Knowledge Requirements**
- Certificate level qualification or higher
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position or industry.
- Clerical knowledge of admin and clerical procedures and systems

**Additional Experiences (Preferred skills)**
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both autonomously and with a team
- A professional, punctual honest approach
- Basic technology knowledge and data entry skills

**Salary**: $56,038.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (required)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 3 years (required)
