**Responsibilities**:
The Parental Stress Centre (PSC) is an organisation that delivers online programs and counselling support to help parents to alleviate parental and child stress, improve family relationships and improve child behaviour.
We are a friendly and easy-going small team with a big vision experiencing fast growth and looking for a temporary accounts receivable and sales support superstar for a 3-month contract starting immediately.
**About the Position**
In a predominantly Accounts Receivable role, you will be invoicing, tracking payments and following up with phone calls to plan managers and clients, and updating our spreadsheet.
This is a part-time school hours role 25 hours per week (9am-2pm) Mon-Fri.
**About You**:

- You will have a sensitive, empathetic approach to working with our clients.
- Ability to use your initiative and be solution-focussed
**Your Skills**:
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills, including an exceptional phone manner
- Experience in Accounts receivable is a must.
- Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail
- Proven experience in handling all invoicing using Xero essential
- Infusionsoft / Keap CRM experience highly regarded but not essential
- Office Suite experience is essential (word, excel, powerpoint etc)
This role is currently based out of a home office in Landsborough. It is not suitable for someone without previous office experience.
