Production Manager

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the production process to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing. This role is crucial in maintaining the company's production schedule, managing inventory, and optimizing workflow to meet customer demands. The Production Manager will drive and deliver results, always looking for potential to create further efficiencies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet sales and operational targets
- Monitor production activities and identify areas for improvement in productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency
- Manage and coordinate the work of production teams, including operators, technicians, and supervisors
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, engineering / designing and logistics personnel to optimize the production process and meet delivery deadlines.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to track key performance indicators, securing sustainable growth.
- Identify and address production issues, implement corrective actions, and communicate with stakeholders
- Provide training and development opportunities for production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing management role
- Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management techniques
- Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and remain highly professional, solution and customer focused at all times.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
