**The Role**
- This position is responsible for capacity planning, materials planning, production scheduling and inventory management for the Production facility.
- Ensuring the delivery of inventory, service and cost objectives and driving cost-effective solutions for all our stakeholders (internally or externally).
- Manage stock levels needed to cover demand to ensure timely and efficient continuity of supply

**Skills & Experience**
- Set capacity plans by production lines
- Generate planning reports to identify and manage potential shortfalls
- Undertake procurement of raw materials to meet production requirements in accordance with
- the demand plan
- Co-ordinate with and review supplier performance, on a regular basis, to ensure quality and value of ingredients
- Effectively balance inventory, with limited warehouse space and cost-effective procurement
- Effectively manage communication of production changes internally & externally
- Experience in scheduling and planning across complex supply chains in a dynamic manufacturing environment
- Exposure to the Food & Beverage manufacturing
- Computer literate with proficiency in MRP systems
- Detail-orientated with high data accuracy
- Highly organised, proactive & logical
- Excellent communication skills (internally and externally)
