**Regional Sales Manager**

We are recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager for our Direct Sales team covering Australia. The main goal of this role is to Identify and develop New Business Opportunities and grow the sales in conjunction with our specification and distribution sales teams. This is a home-based role.

- from Large Offices, Healthcare facilities and public buildings right through to residential projects. Our product range encompasses VRF, Split Systems, Air to Air heat exchangers, Air curtains, Air to water heat pumps and controls.

**About the Position**:
The Regional Sales Manager will:

- You will take ownership of Key Account Management of nominated direct customers (A/C Installation companies) and work to establish new business with customers.
- Achieve sales targets and develop new direct business
- Offer industry knowledge and guidance on legislation to ensure future protection
- Conduct joint sales calls when necessary with distributor sales team to assist in development of our distribution sales network
- Technical knowledge of VRF and split systems with a proven sales track record within the UK
- Strong Sales background in HVAC, specifically the VRF market dealing with installing contractors and M&E’s
- Knowledge of HVACR Industry
- Current Australia driving license
