**Overview of the role**

This is a 12-month secondment opportunity within Enterprise Delivery, working with the EM Enterprise Frameworks & Agility COE to implement a program of work to uplift enterprise delivery agility. The purpose of the team is to help build agile maturity, working with teams to enhance their existing mindsets, processes and systems to align with our Momentum 2.0 framework.

You will be responsible for facilitating workshops, brainstorming and designing processes to ensure strategic objectives are met. The role offers plenty of variety - from analysing data and building presentations to running workshops and training.

This is a great chance to gain exposure to Agile and would suit someone who has recently completed the grad program or has a background in comms/change or business analysis, however most importantly we are seeking someone with a can-do attitude, who is comfortable working to deadlines, and demonstrates resilience under pressure.

**What you’ll do**:

- Facilitate team work on a strategic program to achieve desired outcomes
- Support strategic program team ideation with outside-in perspective
- Understand and support development of solutions: including organisational design, leadership uplift, governance simplification and change management
- Facilitate brainstorming and design process leveraging agile methodologies, human centred design, and lean methodologies
- Identify and escalate risks and impediments
- Create compelling collateral, run workshops and training to support capability uplift
- Advise the strategic program team on work process and new ways of working
- Help synthesise and present team outputs to teams and leadership across Suncorp

**What you’ll bring**:

- At least 2+years within financial services environment
- Previous exposure to Agile would be beneficial but not mandatory
- Strong facilitation skills and personal resilience
- Experience interacting with executive leadership
- Close attention to detail, with an 80/20 sense of what matters, and when
- Passion for building capabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to form trusted relationships at all levels of the business (needs to coordinate across diverse stakeholder group)
- Ability to work with agility in a changing environment
