**About the role**:
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide timely, high quality, evidence-based advice to stakeholders
- Undertake an effective assessment of an individual's risk to community safety
- Effectively manage individuals exhibiting challenging behaviours
- Produce detailed reports and other standard documents in line with procedural guidelines
The Bail and Remand Court (BaRC) functions 7-days per week, between 9am and 9:30pm and CCS provides support to the court via a shift worker roster.
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Experience or knowledge of court processes and prosecutions
- Demonstrated ability to provide human services in needs assessments and development of interventions
- Proven ability to pay attention to words, expression and body language; Recognises behaviours that promote a culture of inclusion
- Ability to resolve issues through deep understanding or interpretation of existing guidelines
