If you're a recruitment pro with a passion for the fast-paced Tech/Digital industry, this could be the perfect gig for you We need someone with at least 5 years of experience in Australia, who knows the ins and outs of hiring top-notch talent for roles like UX/UI Designers, Native Mobile Engineers (Android, iOS & React Native), Web Engineers (.Net & JS), QA Engineers, and Cloud and DevOps Engineers.

As our Internal Recruitment Specialist, you'll be the superhero responsible for finding the best talent out there. Here's what you'll be up to:

- Tap into your extensive network and experience in the Australian Tech/Digital industry to hunt down top-notch professionals.
- Get creative and come up with killer strategies to attract and recruit amazing talent for roles like UX/UI Designers, Native Mobile Engineers (Android, iOS & React Native), Web Engineers (.Net & JS), QA Engineers, and Cloud and DevOps Engineers.
- Show off your interviewing skills and make sure we only bring in the best of the best.
- Work hand in hand with hiring managers, giving them the guidance, they need to make smart recruitment decisions.
- Stay in the loop with the latest industry trends and best practices to keep our recruitment game strong.

**Who You Are**:
You're not just any Internal Recruitment Specialist. You're a total pro with the skills to match. Here's what we're looking for:

- You've got at least 5 years of experience in recruitment within the Australian Tech/Digital scene, and you've mastered the art of hiring.
- Your Tech/Digital knowledge is second to none, and you can spot top talent a mile away.
- You've got killer sourcing skills and can find hidden gems using any method, from job boards to your extensive network.
- Your interviewing game is strong, and you can separate the best from the rest.
- You're a proactive go-getter who gets things done and loves the thrill of finding the perfect match.
