- This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract as the _Communications Campaign Manager._

In this role you will execute and report on communication campaigns across various channels including eDM, DM, SMS and outbound calls.

You will deliver operational and essential campaigns using nib’s communication platforms. The campaigns ensure all audiences are informed of key updates and changes regarding their relationship with us. This role is crucial to ensuring we remain compliant with our obligations under the PHI Act, as well as ensuring a positive experience, through education and empowerment by providing succinct, accurate and informative communication and collateral.
