**A little bit about the role**:
As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Customer Services Officer**
- Supporting the implementation of new technology and enable a straight through process to proactively drive a strong customer experience
- Ensuring customers' needs are met at first point of contact
- Proactive Customer Sales and Service in the provision of suitable solutions
- Specific Outbound Campaigns execution
- Rostering client services through the client management software program
- Billing client services through the client management software program
- Assisting in developing a culture within the team that reflects the values and care principles of Endeavour Foundation
- Directing enquiries internally, take ownership and resolve issues
- Conflicting resolution

**What will you bring**:

- Minimum qualifications of a degree in accounting/finance/business management preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service role within fast paced environments
- Operational experience is highly desirable especially in billing and rostering
- Sales experience is highly desirable
- Current Driver’s License
- Ability and desire to learn quickly across new areas / topics
- Willingness to travel from time to time
- May be required to work weekends and outside of the standard working hours especially if Endeavour moves towards a 7 day / 24 hour service model
- Open to applicants willing to work part time hours as well as full time.
