**The Service**
**KU Cheltenham Memorial Preschool, **located on Beecroft Road is set amongst a large established woodland garden. We aim to provide a happy, stimulating, caring and safe environment, where children feel a strong sense of belonging. We view each child as unique with an individual personality, learning style and family background.

**The Role**
KU Cheltenham Memorial Preschool have an exciting opportunity for a Diploma qualified educator to join the team on a **full time, permanent basis **, this role will see you work **7.6 hours each day Monday to Friday **.
We are looking for an educator with contemporary practive, who holds an interest in nature play and can engage in a wide variety of learning experiences and activities, designed to promote children’s confidence as capable, active participants in their own learning. We are seeking someone with contemporary pedagogical lens, ability to program and plan for preschool children's using a project based approach to learning.
**To be considered for this role, it is essential you have**:
- Work rights to enable you to work in Australia
- A valid NSW Employee Working with Children Check
- A recognised Diploma level of qualification in Children’s Services or similar as approved by Australian Children’s Education and Quality Authority (ACECQA)
- Child Protection training and knowledge of current legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children
- A current First Aid certificate with separate Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management training
- Sound understanding of the NQF, EYLF, Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011)
