**About the role**
Screen NSW is the state’s screen funding body and supports the industry through a range of initiatives and programs while also promoting NSW as a premier filmmaking destination.
The Screen Program Operations Lead plays a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of Screen NSW’s grants and funding programs. The role is responsible for managing the systems and processes that underpin program administration, ensuring data and records are accurate and up to date, and producing reports that support planning and decision making. It also involves providing technical support and advice to colleagues to improve efficiency and consistency in program delivery.
This role works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support the effective design, implementation and ongoing improvement of grant processes. It contributes to planning and evaluation activities, supports training and resource development, and helps ensure that program outcomes are clearly documented and aligned with broader strategic priorities.

You have hands-on experience in grants management and are confident using tools like SmartyGrants and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, to manage and interpret data. You are comfortable navigating complex information systems and enjoy working with others to improve the way things are done. You are confident engaging with a range of stakeholders who may have varying levels of technical experience and be able to influence internal practices to help lift the overall quality and consistency of data. Familiarity with the screen or arts sector is a bonus, but not essential.
