Job Title: Disability Support Worker

**Our Company**:
Caring Samaritan is a disability services provider that provides a wide range of services to NDIS Participants. We are currently seeking to employ disability support workers on a flexible arrangements to suit both the company and the employees with competitive rates.

**Role**:

- Assisting people to perform important daily activities
- Facilitating daily personal hygiene, personal care such showering, dressing, toileting, etc.
- Performing home based tasks such as food preparation and housework, domestic cleaning
- Undertaking tasks outside the home such as shopping, taking clients to appointments and out into the community
- Providing emotional support and care to clients

**Requirements for this role**:

- Willing to support both male and female clients
- Any relevant certificates
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Working with Children Check
- Current Police Check
- NDIS Workers Check

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Caringbah NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Working Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (required)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
