We are looking for local, **female Disability Support Workers** to join our warm and supportive team, providing care for an lovely lady in the **Sutherland Shire.**

- **THE ROLE**:_

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide personalised care and support including:

- Personal care and domestic help
- Cooking and meal prep
- Support with community access, social outings and activities
- Medication support and encouraging independence
- Helping our participants achieve their goals in a safe, respectful, and empowering way

We support clients of all ages and needs, including women, children, and the elderly, with disabilities such as autism, dementia, and mobility challenges.
- **ABOUT YOU**:_

This is a fantastic role for women who are warm, patient, nurturing and passionate about making a difference. This lady needs assistance with meal prep and cooking therefore if you can cook this would be highly advantageous.
- **TO SUCCEED YOU WITH NEED**:_
- Experience in disability support, aged care, childcare, teaching, or nursing
- A caring and respectful approach
- Availability during weekdays with flexibility across shifts
- The following essential checks/certificates:

- **Working With Children Check (WWCC)**:

- **NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC)**:

- **First Aid and CPR**:

- A **driver’s licence and reliable vehicle** with comprehensive insurance
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
- A desire to support clients and families in your local area
