We are looking for local, **female Disability Support Workers** to join our warm and supportive team, providing care for amazing clients across the **Sutherland Shire and St George** areas.

- **THE ROLE**:_

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide personalised care and support including:

- Personal care and domestic help
- Support with community access, social outings and activities
- Medication support and encouraging independence
- Helping our participants achieve their goals in a safe, respectful, and empowering way

We support clients of all ages and needs, including women, children, and the elderly, with disabilities such as autism, dementia, and mobility challenges.

- **TO SUCCEED YOU WITH NEED**:_
- Experience in disability support, aged care, childcare, teaching, or nursing
- A **caring and respectful approach**:

- Availability during weekdays with flexibility across shifts
- The following essential checks/certificates:

- **Working With Children Check (WWCC)**:

- **NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC)**:

- **First Aid and CPR**:

- A **driver’s licence and reliable vehicle** with comprehensive insurance
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
- A desire to support clients and families in your local area

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 38 per week

**Experience**:

- Support Worker: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Check (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

**Location**:

- Caringbah NSW 2229 (preferred)
