New opportunity for an Associate Consultant to join the Service Now Practice, in a Service Delivery role. This would be a great first role for a recent IT graduate to join a growing team and help service our customers.
- In this role, you will be overseeing the delivery of services ensuring it meets contractual obligations, and you will also be the customer’s advocate to facilitate fulfilment of their needs.
- You can be based anywhere in Australia but due to the nature of some of our projects we can only accept Australian Citizens for this position.**What you'll do**
In Service Delivery you will:
- Assist delivery team in the day-to-day tasks in providing services to our customers
- Assist customer in escalations and provide path forward to resolution
- Conduct regular service review meeting with customer and provide service management reports
- Manage new customer onboarding and small project activities
- Work with internal teams to facilitate billing & account receivables
- Work with account management team in contract renewals
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

**What you'll bring**
- Degree in IT or related field
- Some experience in service delivery or customer relationship management
- Knowledge of ITSM practices specifically incident and change management would be beneficial
- Understanding in IT project management.
- A customer-first approach in client management
- Proven methodical problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both a technical and non-technical format
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to interface with all levels of management both internal and external.
- Knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel.
