The main responsibility is within Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental (QHSE) Compliance with a strong focus on work health and safety (WHS).

**Further job tasks & responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:

- Asssit, develop and maintain company quality, health, safety and environment management systems
- Responsible foe implementing safe systems of work ad safe behavioural practices at all levels of the organisation
- Ensure adherance to the training program for all employees involved in the QHSE Programme
- Lead Health & Safety initiatives and development of a work Health & Safety (WHS) Culture

**Skills & experience**:

- Minimum two years practical experience with quality and health and safety systems management and audits (internal and external).
- Certified IRCA Lead Auditor Quality (ISO 9001) is an advantage
- Demonstrated knowledge of OH&S legislation across Australia and New Zealand
- Experience leading company H&S programme including return to work, Health & safety committees & health and wellbeing programmes.
- Excellent written communication, computer and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in MS Office - in particular: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
