Northrop Grumman Australia partners with the Royal Australian Air Force to provide through-life support for its fleet of **C-27J Spartan Airlifter** aircraft. The C-27J complements the Australian Defence Force’s existing Air Mobility fleet and provides airlift of people, equipment and supplies to support Humanitarian Disaster Relief and crisis response in Australia and nearby regions.

**Your Role**

As the C27J Program Support Manager, you will be supporting the program manager in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and driving program collaboration initiatives. A key aspect of your role is collaborating with internal functions, in a matrix style organisation, to ensure the efficient support of the program.
- Provide leadership oversight to the programs administrates continuous team
- Manage and perform high-level generalist tasks in finance, facilities, purchasing, communication and resource management
- Provide input to improve opportunities to increase effectiveness across the program and relevant function to support change
- Assist in coordinating managing reports, information flow and SLT battle rhythm

**About You**
- Demonstrated Leadership Experience
- Having a background in aviation or Defence is advantageous
- Strong communication and the ability to collaborate with leadership and management
- Capability to identify and resolve conflict across all levels of the program
