**About the Role**

As the Creative & Production Operations Coordinator, you will work with the Senior Creative & Production Operations Manager to resource and traffic manage the flow of creative work through the inhouse creative & production team. In this newly created role you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the creative and production team managing and trafficking the inflow of briefs, assigning work to the creatives and creator teams and overseeing projects from brief through to completion.

**Your Focus**:

- Traffic management of all creative briefs, concepts and production through Cashrewards chosen workflow management tool.
- Responsible for tracking work, capacity monitoring and identifying opportunities to improve the efficient operations of the creative and production team.
- Prepares weekly production reporting to understand team capacity, number of projects being completed by the team and tracks progress to ensure deadlines are met and stakeholders are informed of progress.
- Oversees the outsourcing of creative overflow to either freelancers or the offshore team.
- Assists the Senior Creative & Production Operations Manager in identifying new automation or operational improvements for the team.
- As required works as a Producer for internal still or video shoots sourcing required imagery, props, equipment etc.
- Ensure all creative and production processes and SLA’s are adhered to and contribute to a culture of constant improvement and optimisation of these processes.

**About You**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications, such as degree in marketing, communications or design.
- Experience in traffic managing projects for an in-house or external agency. Experience in creative production and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of Asana, Monday, Adobe workfront or similar workflow management tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and assist various members of the team to deliver highly engaging creative output.
- Ability to prioritise time between multiple competing projects and briefs.
- Ability to forecast ahead of time and plan for peak periods.
- High attention to detail
