If you are a passionate people leader, natural problem solver and technologist at heart who strives in fast-paced environments, this could be the opportunity for you to join a leading investment bank as the Front Office Technology Leader.

This is an exciting role which will involve digitalising the trading platforms. You will bring your leadership skills and guide a high performing engineering team of 15 and manage the tech leads, and be responsible for technology transformation and innovation by developing and implementing technology strategies that align with business goals and objectives. You will manage relationships with senior stakeholders as well as vendors to ensure that the firm is leveraging best-in-class solutions and services.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- experience in building and managing engineering teams in agile, enterprise environments
- relevant domain experience in financial markets - front office (FX, Fixed Income or Derivatives)
- background in software engineering with experience in DevOps and cloud technologies
- program / project management
- vendor management (desirable)
