**Your Role**

As a Project Controller, you will work closely with our project managers to ensure our marine and environmental projects are delivered on time, to budget, and in line with client expectations. You will manage financial aspects across a diverse project portfolio, support proposal development and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.

**What You’ll Do**
- Manage project budgets, forecasts and cost control across portfolios up to $50M
- Support monthly project reporting, invoicing and forecasting
- Collaborate on procurement and variation management processes
- Provide administrative support across project submissions and travel coordination
- Use Oracle-based systems and Dynamics 365 (training provided)

**About You**
- 5+ years’ experience in project or financial control within a consulting or similar environment
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability in cost control and forecasting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Advanced skills in Oracle would be advantageous.
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, or similar
- Excellent communicator and proactive team player
