This is a great time to join IMDEX The business is growing, energy is high and we’re excited about the future of our people and the company. This role is a fulltime company position reporting to our Sales Coordinator Team Leader.

The key purpose of this position is to provide administrative and general support to sales and logistics activities within the IMDEX Sumner Park office and warehouse distribution centre. This site services our IMDEX businesses, which operate on the East coast of Australia and in the relevant APAC export markets.

Our portfolio of businesses includes AMC (Australian Mud Company), Reflex (Downhole & Data Tooling) and other IMDEX business brands servicing the mining drilling and geoscience sectors.

To be a success, some key responsibilities will include:
You will be a can-do person who can solve problems and communicate effectively at all levels.

Have strong knowledge and user skills with MS Excel and Word with the ability to analyse information effectively.
- Have a high level of attention to detail, strong time management and superior organisational skills.
- Confidently liaises with a variety of people/positions both externally and internally.
- Always upholds a professional and high level of customer service.
- Providing the business with Reporting when required.
- Ensure assigned stock points are properly maintained regarding material availability and inventory accuracy via stock transfers/purchases/invoicing and other processes.
- General reception duties and general administrative support.

Some desirable experiences.
- Computer literacy in Pronto (ERP system)
- Analytical ability.
- Forklift Licence.
- Warehousing experience.
- Inventory management experience.
- Transport logistics experience.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
