**About Us**

Nathan Contractors is a civil engineering contractor, delivering specialised services in Australia's infrastructure market. Nathan delivers works for Energy, Bridge and roads, Dams, Water and mining infrastructure projects with a focus on concrete section of Projects. We predominantly work in Regional QLD as well as Regional Victoria & NSW

**The Position**

Working across the East Coast of Australia, Nathan Contractors has been providing complex Formwork, Steel Reo Fixing, Piling, Concrete Batching and Placement to project owners and Tier 1-2 contractors since 2014.

We are market leaders in delivering concrete structures for the renewable energy sector predominately focusing on Wind Farms and emerging renewable energy storage and generation initiatives.

**We are looking to recruit**:

- **Concreters**: Experienced Finishers
- **Formworkers**: ideally hold Dogman Ticket
- **All Rounders**: Steel Fixing / Concreting / Formwork
- **Plant Operators**: Excavator / Posi Track / Rollers / HR Licence Holders/ Crane (Franna) Operators
- **Labourer - **Civil Construction experience

**Requirements**:

- White Construction Card.
- Demonstrated Experience with 2 recent and relevant references.
- Ability to pass a medical and Instant Drug and Alcohol.
- Can commit to 3 weeks on 1 week off Roster Pattern.
- Accommodation Provided with weekly Food Allowance / Or Camp and Meals.
- Drive in your time - Drive home company time.
- Committed to the Safety of yourself and everybody around you on site.
- Team Player - Do your part to build a supportive culture.
- Paid Fortnightly.
- 6+ Month Project - Long term opportunities upon completion.
- Work on mining, gas, renewables, civil structures all over the East Coast of Australia.

**As part of the hiring process for this position, you will undergo a pre-employment medical, which includes drug and alcohol screening, and qualification checks. We will need you to provide documentation regarding your eligibility to work in Australia, such as a valid Australian passport, birth certificate, citizenship certificate, or current visa grant notification. Working Holiday Visa holders encouraged to apply.
