Are you ready to lead and grow your career in civil construction? We’re seeking a **Civil Trade Leading Hand**to join our high-performing **Construction and Maintenance Team**in Brisbane. Play a vital role in maintaining and installing **Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS)**electrical works across multiple projects.

**About You**
- **MR Licence**(essential)
- Minimum **3 years of industry experience**in civil or construction projects
- Proven **supervisory experience**leading crews or multiple teams
- Hands-on experience in **civil labouring**(fixtures, fittings, footings)
- Knowledge of **plant operation**(highly regarded)
- Experience working with **local councils or QLD TMR projects**:

- Skills in **training apprentices, organising sub-contractors**, and reviewing quality practices
- Commitment to **safety and Zero Harm**
