The Role:
As a Salesforce Functional Manager at Cognizant, you’ll work within a cross-functional team to provide advisory services and design end-to-end solutions for clients. No two engagements or clients are the same, however, a typical engagement could include: Conducting client workshops to elicit business requirements, documenting user stories, process mapping, working with Project Managers, Delivery Managers and Technical Architects to design solutions centred on the Salesforce platform, and taking ownership of project initiatives from Discovery through to Delivery.

In your first few weeks in this Salesforce Functional Consultant role, you can expect to:

- Conducting discovery workshops with senior stakeholders.
- Writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Owning product backlogs and designing process maps.
- Presenting solution roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
- 6+ years as a Functional Consultant/Salesforce Consultant/Salesforce BA.
- Experience with Health Cloud and Service Cloud, accreditations are highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, especially with C-level executives.
- Strong technical background and computer skills.
- Ability to transform complex concepts into understandable artefacts.
